One-on-One Lifestyle Coaching

Lifestyle modification visits/ Behavior therapy and support:  provided in individual and group sessions, scheduled weekly, bi-weekly and monthly as determined between you and Dr. Sitouah. 

Our lifestyle coaching will help you build healthy habits and change unhealthy behaviors with a sustainable nutrition program and enjoyable simple physical activity and much more. 

We believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible and a healthier lifestyle.
